Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Early Check-Out

No refund will be issued for unused nights in case of early departure after check-in.

5. In Case of Natural Calamities or Emergencies

Full or partial refund may be provided, at our discretion, based on the situation.
