Refund Policy – Hotel Swastik Grand

At Hotel Swastik Grand, we strive to offer flexible and fair booking terms to our guests. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Room Booking Cancellation

• 100% refund if cancellation is made 7 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 3–6 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

2. Volvo Bus Booking (If Applicable)

Follows third-party operator policies. We help initiate cancellation on your behalf but cannot guarantee full refunds.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Early Check-Out

No refund will be issued for unused nights in case of early departure after check-in.

5. In Case of Natural Calamities or Emergencies

Full or partial refund may be provided, at our discretion, based on the situation.

6. Refund Request Procedure

• Booking ID
• Guest name
• Reason for cancellation

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
